What size should I choose?
Please follow the size chart below to find your size. All sizes are American and measurements are in inches. If you would like a personalized size recommendation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your bust, waist, hip, shoulder width, and height measurements as well as your desired styles.
How should I clean my Unstainable® garment?
Elizabeth & Clarke’s Unstainable® garments are machine-washable and dryer-safe, which means no more expensive and inconvenient trips to the dry cleaner. And even with regular washing, your items will remain Unstainable® for the life of the fabric.
What is your return policy?
You may return any unworn, undamaged item in its original packaging at any time for a refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. We provide free return and exchange shipping within the United States; however, we do not cover any costs associated with shipping to or from any international destination. Return Disposition: Merchandise Credit, Refund, or Exchange
We will reply to your return request within one (1) business day. If you are returning an item within the United States, we will email a prepaid USPS return label to you. Enclose the item(s) you would like to return, affix the label to your box, and drop-off at any U.S. Post Office or leave with your mail carrier. If you are returning an item from an international address, we will send you our return address only. Purchase the postage necessary from your desired shipping carrier, enclose the item(s) you would like to return, affix the label to your box, and drop-off with your desired shipping carrier.
When your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke, we will inspect them for any signs of wear, damage, and the original packaging. Any items sent to us without the original packaging, damaged, or worn, will be sent back to you at your expense. If your item(s) are returned in the proper condition, we will then process your desired return disposition: either a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange. For merchandise credits, please allow 1-2 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke for your credit to be processed. For refunds, please allow 7-10 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke to see your refund reflected on your statement. For exchanges, please allow 2-3 business days from the time your items arrive at Elizabeth & Clarke for your new item(s) to be shipped out.
If you requested an exchange ship to an international destination, we will charge your card on file for the cost of shipping ($15 to Canada, $25 to the rest of the world) upon shipment.
Will the Unstainable® shirt repel sweat?
Yes! The Unstainable® Shirts repel sweat—it evaporates before touching the fibers. So, no more horrible yellow stains!
Will you ever expand to menswear?
We have no plans to go into menswear now or in the future—it's really an entirely different business. However, we can recommend some of our friends who make excellent menswear at great prices. Try blanklabel.com, propercloth.com, or even Brooks Brothers; they have some great tech-forward clothing.
How long will the Unstainable® finish last?
The Unstainable® finish will last for the life of the garment, if cared for properly. The life of an Unstainable® garment depends on a number of factors and how they interrelate. This includes: the fabric type, weave, and weight, how often you wear it, how often you wash it, how often you iron it, the climate and humidity of where you live, and where the shirt is stored. For example, if you order The Liz Lemon, which is a lightweight knit, wear it and wash it three times per week, and live in a hot and humid climate, it may last about 1-2 years. Alternatively, if you order The Parker, which is a woven material, wear it once per week, wash it every other week, live in a cool and dry climate and take good care of it, it could last up to 10 years.
When will my Unstainable® order arrive?
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Items marked as 'Pre-Order' will ship in the delivery window shown on the product page. You will receive an email with your tracking information upon shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere the US Postal Service does: to over 200 countries worldwide. All domestic shipping within the United States (both outbound and return) is free. There is a $15 surcharge for shipping to Canada and a $25 surcharge for shipping to any other country outside of the US or Canada. Please note, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the end consumer and we assume no liability in this area. Check with your accountant or local tax authority to understand what you may owe in duties and taxes.
Is my credit card information safe?
Your personal online security is very important to us. We use Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, stores, and safely transmits your personal and credit card information. All orders are processed through our secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing zip code you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. In addition, to ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Elizabeth & Clarke uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (url) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
